Whether you are new to practice in the 5th Judicial Circuit, or have been practicing in the 5th Judicial Circuit for some time, our office looks forward to working with you to resolve criminal cases.
Our office utilizes an electronic practice management system to manage case files. This enables us to be able to provide discovery in an efficient and paperless manner. In order to make sure that we are able to communicate with your office and provide discovery in accordance with our open file policy, we must ensure that you are listed in our practice management system.
If you currently practice in the 5th Judicial Circuit, there is a high likelihood that you are currently listed in our system.
If you are new to practice in our circuit, or if you need to update your contact information with our office, please contact the office in the county in which your case resides, and we will add you to our system so that you may be able to receive communications and discovery.
