The 5th Judicial Circuit District Attorney‘s Office prosecution team is committed to upholding the law and seeking justice for victims of crimes in our community. If you do not have an attorney and believe that you cannot afford one, you may contact the Clerk of the Court in the county in which your case is located to apply for the Court to appoint an attorney to represent you.
