District Attorney Mike Segrest
District Attorney Segrest is a resident of Macon County, where he was born and raised. He and his family live on their farm in the Milstead community and attend Bradford’s Chapel Methodist Church. In 2022, Mike became the first resident of Macon County to ever be elected as District Attorney for the 5th Judicial Circuit, which serves Chambers, Macon, Randolph, and Tallapoosa Counties. Mike is a graduate of Tallassee High School, Faulkner University, and the Birmingham School of Law.
He and his staff are dedicated to serving and helping protect the people of the 5th Judicial Circuit.
